When you write to us
If you email us, we see your email address and everything in your message. We use them to reply to you and to follow up your message. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.

Our email provider and our website host handle this information for us. If either stores it outside the UK, the transfer meets the conditions UK law sets.
How long we store it
We keep your message for as long as we need it to answer you, or for a legal reason, and then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we have about you. You can also ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or object to our using it. Write to nathan@prova.finance. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
